If the floor flexes when you walk on it, the core under the fiberglass is wet. We open it up, dry it out, replace the core, and laminate it back properly.
Diagnose where the soft spots are and how far they extend.
Cut, dry, re-core and laminate.

A typical floor section is two to four weeks of shop time including dry time. We schedule them through winter.
